recommendsDuring our stay in Valencia I went to Flow Yoga together with my girlfriend four days in a row. The classes were... perfectly balanced, we especially enjoyed the focus on alignments, the relaxing yet challenging atmosphere and the kindness of the staff. The teachers definitely know what they´re doing. We highly recommend Flow Yoga to anybody from beginner level to advanced. Namaste!read more

recommendsI took 5 classes in 2 days here and loved every moment of it! Angela, Martine, and "The Yoga Jagger" were lovely... teachers who gave each student independent attention. Angela in particular was an attentive and well-learned instructor. I wish her the best! The studio she's created is a lovely, clean, and warm space. Other students there were equally inviting.read more

We went to a few... great drop-in classes for #Vinyasa Flow and our girls were doing #Yoga classes in the room next door. Angela, who owns the place is super nice and the prices are very reasonable for what's on offer.read more

It was the first time I did yoga and I really enjoyed it thanks to the... teachers, their kindness and pedagogy ! 🙂 Moreover, the formula is very well-done because it is possible to choose from for tailor-made yoga classes (vinyasa, ashtanga ...) : it is very nice for beginners who want to discover the yoga and find the one that better fit with their expectations !read more

Really nice clean studio. I bought a 4 class pass while on vacation for a week and enjoyed every minute of it!

I've been doing yoga for several years now, going to different studios. Particularly, my experience at Yoga Flow has been amazing!!! Probably some of the best clases I've had with outstanding instructors. I highly recommend Yoga Flow.

Angela is a great yoga teacher, her classes are in english and very good to follow. I had a 4-class-ticket and it was worth its money. We stayed for one week and within this week I saw progress on my practice. Angela is very fit and had good recommendations for me - I learned how to do my headstand with her help. Thanks! And hopefully see you soon. 🙂

We had an very nice week of Yoga Flow with Angela in her Studio. The studio looks very clean and modern and Angela is a great Teacher. I can definitely recommend this Yoga studio and we will come back on our next stay in Valencia.

Amazing place with cool and relaxed vibe. There are variety of classes and I think all teachers offer English translation (which is great!). There are two big yoga shalas, toilets with shower, great chill spot for a tea and cookies after the class and a yoga store with great stuff.
The studio provides mats (Liforme quality) and all the necessary yoga props.
Most of the classes are 1:15h or 1:30h 😉

One of the better yoga studios I’ve been to. I visited only 3 times (during my stay in Valencia) and felt great after each class of Yoga Flow. Classes were offered bilingual (Spanish and English) which is an extra effort for the teachers and I really appreciate that they did this for me.

Wir waren in Valencia im Urlaub und sind hier zu einigen Yoga Klassen gegangen. Der Unterricht war super (Vinyasa Flow) und das Yoga Studio ist sehr schön, sauber und hell. Ein extra Bonus war, daß unsere Kids nebenan im Raum auch Kinder-Yoga machen konnten. Russafa ist ausserdem ein tolles Stadtviertel, hier gibt es an jeder Ecke tolle Cafes und Restaurants.

Me encanta el centro. La dueña, Angeles es encantadora y todos los profesores que imparten las clases son muy profesionales y te ayudan a mejorar y evolucionar. Sin duda el mejor centro de Valencia.
