Thursday 9:30 Spine yoga with Ana Jagger – This class focuses on spine health and the correction of bad posture habits. We strengthen and relieve back pain while working on the rest of the body. Thursday 19.00 Ashtanga Yoga Series 1 with Angela Macias – Ashtanga is a dynamic and physical style of yoga. All movements are based on the constant rhythm of breathing.
