New Hatha Flow Classes with KK Jana from 30th November 2017

Our new teacher Jana Krajnakova will be starting her Hatha Flow class next Thursday (30,11,2017)  at 10.30 and every Thursday after. The classes will be completely in English Ideal for beginners to intermediate, but also appropriate for experience students that want a slower class. Hatha Flow moves fluently between poses (Asanas) at a gentle tempo, allowing time for reflection and meditation. Jana has a wealth of international experience, She studied in India and Thailand and has taught Hatha, Yin and Flow in China. We are really please that she has chosen Yoga Flow Vlc as the place to develop her classes in Valencia. Please book in advance to assure your place
