The only place in Valencia to study 500TT Vinyasa Flow is now open for enrollment. (Versión español)
The 2019 – 2021 course is certified by Yoga Alliance Europe. Gain a professional qualification, and start a new chapter in your work-life as a Vinyasa flow teacher.
Vinyasa flow Is a holistic approach that merges core yoga elements into one intense style. It is the combination of rhythmic breathing, fluid movement, varied sequences, asanas and pranayama.
To master this style you first learn to breath in rhythmic harmony whilst performing fluid yoga sequences. Deeply inhale and exhale to stretch just that little bit further to reach the poses correctly. Hold a pose for the briefest of moments, then flow on to the next. Focus your mind on your internal self and channel your energy (prana) into the rhythm of the sequence. The unity of these elements deliver a very emotional and spiritual experience. A feeling of oneness with your fellow companions. A sense of practicing at your maximal potential, where everything falls into place.Where Vinyasa flow differs from other styles of yoga is that it is far more similar to contemporary dance or ballet. It’s not a series of static poses. It is movement, it is rhythm, it is flow.
Course Objective:
Designed with an emphasis on real practice, you will experience how to teach yoga right from the first module, build your self confidence and add to your skill set, always with the guidance and supervision of qualified teachers.
Teaching yoga is an artform, it is about expressing your individual personality to the students that have put their faith in you. There is no one right way to teach, but through practicing teaching classes and help from our teachers, we will find the right way for you. Gain first hand real experience with real students that come to our studio. Learn more than just teaching techniques, live the life of a teacher.
You will be required to create your own classes and sequences, each time integrating more intricate techniques in Asana, Pranayama, Kriyas and Meditation. You will quickly notice your progress as you develop through the course with the help of regular evaluation.
The program integrates the ancient teachings of yoga into our modern lifestyle. Both the devotional and scientific approach to yoga, practice and theory. The themes of anatomy, philosophy and history of yoga are interspersed throughout the course so that you have time to familiarize yourself with these concepts gradually and organically. The course helps you develop a teaching methodology. A set of skills and teaching tools that will be highly transferable to your own classes, once you start your own career.
