We are a modern clean yoga studio, that focuses on Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga and Hatha, we also have other specialized classes such as zero-gravity and acro-yoga. Whether you are on holiday and just want to drop in for a class, or if you are a resident and wish to take a structured course to improve your yoga ability, we have the solution to your requirements.

Our philosophy is to teach modern and dynamic yoga styles. The flow classes (Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Hatha) encourage a more fluid practice moving away from the more traditional rigid series of poses. You will quickly notice your physique improving week by week, gaining core strength and increased flexibility.

The studio consists of nine professional teachers from different countries, we like to keep a good international mix. We have a wealth of experience in our own specializations. Some classes will be given in Spanish and some in English. From beginners to more advanced students you can try out different classes until you find the class that most suits your level.

There are two large air conditioned salas, modern changing rooms and all the equipment you will need for your practice. Plus a dedicated yoga shop that stocks Manduka mats and and stylish yoga clothes. We look forward to seeing you here soon. Namaste.
