We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. 1 ITEMS BOUGHT FROM FLOW STORE ONLINE
Yoga Mats: The mats can be bought on-line, and picked-up at no charge from our store, or we can deliver them nationwide (Spain peninsular) with a flat fee 12.00 euros, by SEUR 24hr. A service that promises next (working) day delivery.
All items are checked for faults before being sent out, We wrap the mats in corrugated cardboard for protection. We therefore do not offer a refund unless there is an exceptional reason to do so. We can not be held responsible for any damages caused to that item whilst in transit.
The Pro range of manduka mats are guaranteed for 10years by Manduka, of acceptable wear. https://eu.manduka.com/pages/lifetime-guarante.
We endeavour to maintain the stock levels indicated on our website as accurate as possible, If something is not in stock we will offer a full refund immediately.
Yoga Clothes: Are currently not available online, We supply Manuka and Onzie Legging and tops In-store, in Valencia
2 PASSES – CLASES IN THE CENTRE
We provide this online payment service for our regular customers as a means of streamlining payments. These payments are NOT REFUNDABLE. If you have not been in the studio before, we would recommend booking a class by phone and paying for a single class on arrival, this way you can see if you enjoy our classes and facilities first. A one-off test class can be bought at reception for 15 euros.
Class sizes are limited at 50% of previous capacity due to current Covid restriction, prior booking is recommended to ensure a place. (phone or WhatsApp) we however can not guarantee there will always be space.
Monthly Passes – 4 Classes 40€ / 8 Clases 72€ / Unlimited classes 96€
Flexible Passes – Valid for 3 months – 4 classes 48€ / 8 classes 88€
Extra class 10€ (only available to flow members) Drop-in classes are 15€
Passes are not transferable, They can only be used by one person
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify the prices at a future date
Passes are valid from the date of the first class taken, until one or three calendar months later. I.E if you take your first class on the 16th of May, Bonomes is valid to the 16th of June, Flexipass until the 16th of August.
PAYMENTS
We have installed the PAYCOMET payment system, to process credit card payments. It is provided by Banco Sabadell and is a secure payment system. Yoga Flow Vlc does not have access to customers’ credit card details as all payments are processed remotely by PAYCOMET. For more information please visit https://www.paycomet.com/ There is NO additional charge to the customer for this service. Yoga Flow Vlc will be charged a small commission by Banco Sabadell.
If the customer dose not wish to pay by credit card online, there are other options:

COVID-19
As of writing (18/06/21), Valencia has special Covid restrictions, any students attending class must use the antibacterial hand wash located by the entrance, and follow the distancing rules to their best ability. We have reduced the capacity of the centre to make sure that it is possible. There will be no physical contact (adjustments) from the teachers. We suggest that students come dressed for yoga and have no requirement for the changing rooms, showering is not currently permitted. All Mats are whipped down after every class with antibacterial spray.

4 DATA PRIVACY
We do not work with or share any personal information or emails addresses with any third parties or companies, for advertising or any other ends.
Cookies: To the best of our knowledge there are no cookies on this site. We do not save IP addresses for any reason.
All credit card payments are processed remotely by PAYCOMET/Banco Sabadell, We have no access to this information, and therefore can not store any such details.
